My wife and I moved to the beautiful Creston Valley seven and one-half years ago. Ever since, we have been dealing with Creston Valley Insurance. We have insured numerous vehicles and two houses through their representatives and have never had reason to go anywhere else.
The things I particularly like about CVI included:

• The fun they have in their jobs and how that makes me feel like “one of the family” when I deal there.
• That they remember my name and use it appropriately.
• Their willingness to work with me when special circumstances arise. They “went to bat” for me to get my detached shop covered (regarding unconventional heating).
• How they try to save me money whenever possible by suggesting alternative insurers
• How management takes the time to resolve issues when they do arise. They make me feel that my business is really important to them and they prove it by taking action.
• The quality of personnel throughout the operation and their willingness to share their specialized knowledge when asked.

We have dealt with Creston Valley Insurance for all insurance: town house, cabin house, property, buildings, cars, travel (also Travel Insurance for our two sons and their families) since 1976.
Their services have always looked after the customer’s interests and have kept us informed as to any new information that a person should be aware of to be included on their policies.
Premiums are also competitive (as the costs increase) as we’ve checked and we would recommend CV Insurance as have done, for anyone’s insurance needs.
